Physical Therapist SNF Sunrise, MD. This position involves providing rehabilitative services in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting. The role is designed for dedicated professionals committed to delivering quality patient care in a supportive environment.

Job Details

Certifications, Education Requirements, Degree Requirements, Location Requirements, and Years of Experience: Valid state license as a Physical Therapist (PT), with at least 2 years of experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF).
Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week.
Responsibilities include delivering therapy services, assessing patient progress, and collaborating with healthcare team members to optimize patient outcomes.
Must be available to start on 10/19/2026 and work through 01/16/2027.
Float: Float rotation may be required.
