Physical Therapist SNF (Skilled Nursing Facility) in a Days shift setting. This position involves providing essential physical therapy services within a skilled nursing environment, supporting patient mobility and recovery needs during a short-term assignment.

Job Details

Certifications, Education Requirements, Degree Requirements, Location Requirements, and Years of Experience: Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist, no minimum experience required, and availability to start on 10/05/2026 through 01/09/2027.
Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum 40 hours per week.
Additional Information: Split shift with Lake Ridge; critical need position offering a quick start bonus of $2,000.
