This position involves providing skilled physical therapy services within a skilled nursing facility. The role requires collaboration with healthcare team members to deliver patient-centered care, focused on improving mobility and functional outcomes.
Job Details
- Required Qualifications: Certification in Physical Therapy, valid state license, and zero years of experience required.
- Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week.
- Responsibilities include evaluating patient needs, developing treatment plans, and implementing therapy interventions.
- Submission Requirements: Candidates must have an active license and be available to start on 10/05/2026, with services concluding by 01/09/2027.
