Ultrasonographer Echo (Specialty) - Location: Not specified. This position involves performing echocardiography procedures at an acute care facility. The role requires clinical proficiency in ultrasound imaging for adult outpatient cases, with a focus on cardiac imaging and related procedures.

Job Details

• Position: Ultrasonographer Echo at a short-term acute care facility.
• Shift: 4 days per week, evening shifts from 3:00 pm to 11:30 pm, totaling 8 hours per day, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Certification in ARDMS, BLS, CCI RCS, or ARDMS; experience with 2-D Echo, Adult Outpatient, Bubble Study, Color Doppler, Diastology, GE imaging with Contrast Agents, Isolation Precautions/PPE, LV Strain/LV Volume, M-Mode, Obtain 12 lead EKG/ECG, Pharmacologic Stress Echo, Portable Studies, Proximal Isovelocity Surface Area, Right Ventricular Inflow Tract (RVIT), Right Ventricular Outflow Tract (RVOT), Routine, Simpson's Rule, IV starts; at least 1 year of experience preferred.
• Additional Information: Candidates must be able to start their own IVs. This position involves working with interpretation services, rapid response teams, and unit secretaries. Candidates may be expected to float between nearby facilities. Must be available to work at least 3 of the 5 designated holidays and include all requested RTO and scheduling preferences during submittal.
• Certification Requirements: ARDMS, BLS, CCI RCS, RDCS, ARDMS, or CCI RCS.
