Job Summary
Physical Therapist Outpatient (PT OP) in the outpatient setting. This position involves providing outpatient physical therapy services across a busy rural clinic, treating a wide variety of conditions for all age ranges (excluding pediatrics beyond basic ortho). The role requires the ability to manage a high-volume patient load and adapt to a dynamic clinical environment.

Job Details

• Schedule: Day shifts from 7:00 am to 5:30 pm, 8 hours per day, with a guaranteed 40 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: AHA or ARC Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, WI Physical Therapist license. Education must include a Masters Degree or DPT.
• Preferred Qualifications: Epic charting experience.
• Responsibilities: Treating approximately 8-10 patients per day, managing a variety of conditions, with a focus on outpatient orthopedics and some neuro.
• Additional Information: Must be a hard worker, resilient, able to manage change well, and capable of working independently in a rural outpatient clinic. This position does not require float or on-call responsibilities.
