Job Summary

Job Details

• Certifications: CPR Certification; Active applicable license for the state where work will be performed
• Education Requirements: Degree in Physical Therapy from an Accredited School, NO NEW GRAD status
• Experience Requirements: 6 months to 1+ year of outpatient clinical experience; 0 years minimum experience; minimum experience: 0 years
• Location Requirements: Must be licensed in the state where work will be performed
• Schedule: Day shift, 8 hours per day, minimum 40 hours per week
• Position Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations, develop and modify treatment plans, and ensure care adheres to physician orders and insurance protocols. Participate in student supervision and contribute to professional development activities. Maintain documentation in accordance with legal and organizational policies.
• Additional Information: Completion of a comprehensive evaluation, utilization of clinical reasoning, adherence to state practice acts and regulatory guidelines, participation in quality improvement initiatives, and fostering a safe environment for patients and staff.
