Job Details

• Certifications, Education Requirements, Degree Requirements, Location Requirements, and Years of Experience: Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Physical Therapist; minimum of 0 years of experience required.
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8-hour days, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Current licensure or eligibility in the state, and at least 0 years of experience as a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Preferred Qualifications: Preferred experience of 2+ years in outpatient physical therapy.
• Responsibilities include providing outpatient physical therapy treatment in a hospital outpatient setting, adhering to facility policies, and utilizing the Medhost electronic medical record system.
• Submission Requirements: Candidates must be available to start on or before 10/26/2026, with assignment ending on 01/25/2027.
• Float: Float rotation may be required.
