Job Summary
Pediatric Respiratory Therapist Night Shift Location: The organization is seeking a pediatric respiratory therapist to provide specialized respiratory care for pediatric patients. This role involves working in a busy healthcare facility to support ventilator and Bipap management, aerosol therapies, and oxygen treatments, ensuring high-quality patient care.
Job Details
- Schedule: Night shift, 12 hours per shift, with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications: Certified respiratory therapist with certification in advanced cardiovascular life support (ACLS), basic life support (BLS), and experience or training in pediatric respiratory care.
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience with neonatal resuscitation program (NRP) and familiarity with ventilator models such as PB 980 and 840, Bipap V-60, Siemens ABG instruments.
- Additional Information: The role requires team-oriented professionals skilled in ventilator and Bipap management, aerosol therapies, CPT, and oxygen therapy. Dress code includes sage tops and black pants. The unit has a turnover rate of 0%, highlighting a dedicated and experienced team committed to patient care.
- Compliance: Candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.
