Job Summary
Physical Therapist (PT) Outpatient in a critical access facility. This position involves providing outpatient rehabilitative services to adolescents, adults, and geriatrics, with a focus on musculoskeletal and neurological conditions. The role offers a flexible shift schedule primarily during daytime hours, with no weekends required.

Job Details

• Position / Specialty: PT Outpatient Rehab
• Shift: 4x10 (0645-1700), with flexibility to accommodate 8-hour or 10-hour shifts
• Schedule: 10 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week
• Location: Critical Access hospital with 25 beds, parking permit required at no cost
• Certifications Required: BLS (Basic Life Support)
• Experience Required: Minimum 1 year of outpatient physical therapy experience, with a focus on musculoskeletal, neurological, and post-surgical rehabilitation.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with community hospital settings, charting system experience, and familiarity with outpatient therapy skills such as gait training, assessment, and therapeutic modalities.
• Additional Information:
  • RTO restrictions to be discussed with the manager.
  • Candidates must have active Illinois license and be able to complete all compliance modules pre-start.
  • Floating may be required, including within the hospital or to nearby affiliate facilities.
  • Candidate must be pre-closed at the time of submission, review job details with the traveler, and confirm housing can be secured.
  • Submittals require SSN and DOB, with interview availability to be provided.
  • Candidate must work 2 of the 3 major holidays.
