- Certifications, Education Requirements, Degree Requirements, Location Requirements, and Years of Experience: Current licensure or certification as a physical therapist; knowledge of physical therapy modalities, anatomy, and physiology; and a minimum of 1 year of experience preferred.
- Schedule: Day shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week.
- Additional Information: The Physical Therapist performs assessments, develops treatment plans, manages equipment safely, and documents treatment in accordance with current standards and policies.
