Position: Physical Therapist (Inpatient)
Location: Springfield, MO
Shift: Days, 8 hours, minimum 40 hours per week
Required Qualifications: Inpatient rehabilitation experience; 2 years of relevant experience; certification and education requirements as specified; valid license to practice in Missouri.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience with neuro, ortho, debility, or cardiac cases; strong teamwork and communication skills.
Responsibilities: Deliver comprehensive physical therapy services to patients with diverse diagnoses; collaborate with an interdisciplinary team; utilize advanced therapy equipment including robotic devices and specialized beds; maintain patient documentation using Epic or UDS electronic health records.
Additional Information: The role involves working closely with a team of clinicians dedicated to improving functional ability and quality of life for patients, with a focus on personalized care in a private, family-friendly environment.
