Job Summary:
Outpatient Physical Therapist (PT OP) Location: Not Specified. This role involves evaluating patients, developing, implementing, and modifying treatment plans in accordance with patient needs and physician direction. The Physical Therapist will be responsible for delegating therapy services, designing functional treatment programs, and serving as an educator for patients, families, and healthcare team members.

Job Details:

• Position Description: Outpatient Physical Therapist with a focus on patient evaluation, treatment planning, and delivery, ensuring effective return to community activities. Responsibilities include delegation and direction of therapy services, designing functional programs, and educational duties.
• Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school; 1+ years of outpatient clinical experience; CPR certification; active/applicable license for the state where work will be performed; schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum 40 hours per week.
• Additional Information: Completes comprehensive patient evaluations, documentation, and participates in student programs. Maintains professional licensure, adheres to state practice acts, and follows organizational performance improvement initiatives. Demonstrates safety awareness and promotes a positive learning and development environment.
• Preferred Qualifications: Previous assignment with the agency or organization, or with the organization, is highly desirable.
