Job Details

Position Description: Nursing Home Physical Therapist in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting.
Required Qualifications: NY license, BLS certification, prior experience working in a Skilled Nursing Facility, availability to work Saturdays, and 0 years of experience required.
Schedule: Days shift, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, minimum of 40 hours per week.
Additional Information: This PRN position begins on 10/26/2026 and ends on 01/16/2027.
