Job Details

• Position Description: Outpatient Physical Therapist responsible for evaluating, developing, and implementing individualized treatment plans to promote patients' mobility and functional capacity.
• Certifications: Valid state license as a Physical Therapist.
• Education Requirements: Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Location Requirements: Ability to safely and effectively work in outpatient clinical settings.
• Schedule: Days shift, 8-hour shift, minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Start Date: 10/19/2026
• End Date: 04/17/2027
• Additional Information: No float rotation required. Candidates should be committed to providing quality outpatient care and be comfortable working in a dynamic clinical environment.
