Job Summary
Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) - Home Health - Seaside, OR and Surrounding Areas. This role involves providing speech therapy services to patients in their homes within a specified geographic radius. The position offers a dynamic environment focused on individualized patient care with flexibility to work within a community-based setting.
Job Details
- Location: Seaside, OR and surrounding areas.
- Position Description: Home Health SLP providing therapy services to patients in-home, requiring an active Oregon license.
- Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per shift, minimum of 32 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications: Valid state license in hand, minimum of 1 year of relevant therapy experience, proficiency in Homecare Homebase (HCHB) or similar charting systems, BCLS certification, current COVID-19 vaccination including booster, and active drivers license with personal transportation.
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Oasis and Home Health, familiarity with home care documentation systems, ability to work independently.
- Additional Information: Must have own transportation, be able to cover patients within a maximum radius of approximately 60 miles daily, and complete modules during orientation. On-call rotation may be required, with RTO requests to be submitted at application. First-time travelers are accepted, and candidates must complete Monday orientation.
