Job Summary
Physical Therapist Outpatient (PT OP) Location: unspecified. This outpatient physical therapy role involves evaluating patients, developing and implementing personalized treatment plans, and ensuring patients are guided towards effective recovery and community reintegration. Job Details

• Position Description: Evaluates all assigned patients and develops, implements, and modifies treatment plans based on patient needs, goals, and physician directives. Responsible for delegation and supervision of therapy services, designing functional treatment programs, and serving as an educator for patients, families, students, and coworkers.
• Certifications/Education: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school, CPR certification, and an active license in the state where work will be performed.
• Experience: 6 months to 1+ years of outpatient clinical experience preferred.
• Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Additional Information: Completes comprehensive patient evaluations, maintains accurate medical records, participates in student programs, seeks ongoing professional development, and complies with all regulatory and licensing requirements. Demonstrates safety awareness and follows organization's performance improvement initiatives.
