Job Summary
Respiratory Therapist Registered (RT PEDS) Located at the healthcare facility, this position involves providing life-support, resuscitation, monitoring, and various medical gases therapy to patients. The role includes performing invasive and non-invasive diagnostic procedures and maintaining clinical expertise across different business units as assigned. Effective communication with patients, co-workers, physicians, and other system employees is essential, along with documenting all aspects of patient care.

Job Details

• Schedule: Nights shift, 12 hours per shift, with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Associate of Science Degree from an accredited Respiratory Therapist program; current registration with the National Board of Respiratory Care; active Respiratory Therapist license in the state; BLS certification from the American Heart Association; two years of recent Respiratory Therapist experience.
• Preferred Qualifications: Neonatal experience; experience working in a Trauma Level 2 facility.
• Additional Responsibilities: Supervise, direct, and delegate tasks to Respiratory Therapists, Respiratory orients, externs, and students as assigned. Complete accurate patient billing documentation.
• Certifications & Licenses: Must be a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT credential), registered with the National Board of Respiratory Care. Active Respiratory Therapist licensure in the state.
• Start Date: 10/26/2026
• End Date: 01/23/2027
