Job Summary
Physical Therapist Specialist in Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Located in Texas, this role involves evaluating, diagnosing, and treating individuals with movement dysfunctions, pain, and limitations due to injury, illness, or disability. The Physical Therapist (PT) will develop and implement personalized treatment plans utilizing therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other techniques to restore function, manage pain, and enhance quality of life.

Job Details

• Position Description: A physical therapist (PT) evaluates, diagnoses, and treats individuals with movement dysfunctions, pain, and limitations due to injury, illness, or disability. They develop and implement personalized treatment plans using therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other techniques to restore function, manage pain, and improve quality of life. PTs also educate patients on injury prevention and wellness strategies.
• Required Qualifications: Valid Texas license or compact license, 2 years of physical therapy experience, and current documentation.
• Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week, start date 10/26/2026, end date 01/25/2027.
• Additional Information: Submission requirements include active Texas licenses and documentation. No on-call or weekend shifts are included.
• Float: Float rotation may be required.
