Job Details

• Certifications, Education Requirements, Degree Requirements, Location Requirements, and Years of Experience: Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist. No minimum experience required.
• Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Additional Information: The Physical Therapist will evaluate, develop, and implement therapy plans for residents, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and document patient progress according to facility protocols.
• Submission Requirements: Candidates should be willing to start on 11/02/2026 and work through 02/01/2027, with availability for the specified schedule.
• Float: Float rotation may be required.
