Job Summary
Physical Therapist Outpatient (PT OP) Location: Not Specified. This position involves evaluating all assigned patients and developing, implementing, and modifying treatment plans tailored to patient needs, goals, and physician directives. The role requires delegation and supervision of therapy services for patients, designing functional treatment programs to facilitate effective community reintegration, and serving as an educator to patients, families, and team members.

Job Details

• Certifications, Education Requirements, Degree Requirements, Location Requirements, and Experience: Degree in Physical Therapy from an Accredited School; CPR Certification; 1+ Year of Outpatient Clinical Experience; Location: Not specified; Years of Experience: 0.
• Schedule: Day shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Additional Responsibilities: Complete comprehensive evaluations, utilize clinical reasoning for treatment planning, ensure accurate and timely documentation, provide patient education, and participate in student training and professional development.
• Clinical Compliance: Care provided under signed, valid physician orders, within insurance approvals, and adhering to state and federal regulations.
• Professional Standards: Maintain licensure in good standing, adhere to ethical practices, and follow organizational performance improvement initiatives.
• Safety: Promote patient and employee safety following organizational standards, including safe handling, infection control, and hazard reporting.
