Physical Therapist Outpatient (PT OP) Location TBD. This outpatient physical therapy position involves evaluating and developing treatment plans for assigned patients, focusing on functional recovery and safe return to community activities. Job Details

• Certifications, Education Requirements, Degree, Location, and Experience: Degree in Physical Therapy from an Accredited School; 6 months to 1+ Year of Outpatient Clinical Experience; CPR Certification; Outpatient experience; active/applicable license for the State where work will be performed; 0 years minimum experience.
• Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Responsible for completing comprehensive evaluations and developing individualized treatment plans based on clinical reasoning to meet discharge goals within an established length of stay.
• Ensures accurate and timely documentation, including evaluation reports, goal setting, and medical necessity letters, in compliance with state, federal, and organizational policies.
• Participates in student training programs, fostering a positive learning environment with appropriate supervision and evaluations.
• Pursues ongoing professional development through continuing education, self-study, and participation in professional activities.
• Maintains licensure in good standing and complies with state Practice Act and regulatory agency standards.
• Demonstrates safety awareness and promotes patient and employee safety in all professional practices.
• Applies performance improvement methodologies to enhance service quality and organizational objectives.
• Provides care under signed, valid physician orders and insurance approvals, ensuring ethical and professional conduct.
