Pathology Assistant in New York, NY ? The role requires proficiency in grossing specimens and biopsies, supporting approximately 200 cases daily, with flexible evening hours.
Job Details
- Location: New York, NY
- Shift Time: 03:00 PM ? 11:00 PM (Evenings)
- Schedule: Shift hours are 8 hours, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications: NY Department of Health Pathologists Assistant License, 2 years of experience, ability to gross specimens/biopsies.
- Preferred Qualifications: ASCP certification, ability to provide frozen section coverage.
- Additional Information:
- Grossing specimens/biopsies with an approximate volume of 200 cases per day.
- Experience with Epic and Cerner Millennium systems.
- Flexible hours, with work scheduled Monday through Friday and/or weekends.
- Start date: 10/26/2026, end date: 01/23/2027.
