Occupational Therapist Inpatient (OT IP) Critical Access Facility, starting 10/26/2026. This role involves delivering inpatient occupational therapy services to adult and geriatric patients, with a focus on assessing, planning, and executing care plans to support patient rehabilitation and recovery.

Job Details

• Position/ Specialty: Occupational Therapist Inpatient
• Shift: 5x8 Days (0800-1630)
• Schedule: 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week, beginning 10/26/2026 and ending 01/25/2027
• Certifications: BLS and active or pending Illinois state license required
• Years of experience required: 1 year minimum (or at least 0 years if no experience listed)
• Patient Age Groups: Adults, Geriatrics
• Daily Census: 20 patients
• Patient Ratios, Units, and Special Procedures: Focus on adult and geriatric care, including assessment, discharge planning, home exercise programs, and safety/injury prevention, utilizing equipment like electrical stimulation, ultrasound, and TENS
• Charting System Experience: Required with Community Hospital experience preferred
• Additional Unit Information: Interdisciplinary support including physical therapy, respiratory services, radiology, pharmacy, social services, and rapid response teams
• Submission Requirements: SSN and DOB required at time of submission; review and confirm compliance details; include certifications based on the job/unit description; active Illinois license at time of submission; no floating required; candidate must be pre-closed and understand role requirements
