Job Details

• Position: Physical Therapist, Inpatient (PT IP)

• Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Current state license, BLS (Basic Life Support) certification, and a minimum of 2 years of experience in acute inpatient settings.
• Responsibilities:
  • Performs comprehensive patient evaluations and develops tailored treatment plans.
  • Collaborates with interdisciplinary teams to address discharge barriers and coordinate care.
  • Manages individual and group treatment sessions efficiently.
  • Documents all medical records accurately and timely, including goals and discharge plans.
  • Participates in student training and professional development activities.
  • Ensures compliance with all regulatory and organizational standards.
  • Maintains licensure and pursues ongoing professional growth.
  • Adheres to safety policies and promotes a culture of safety for patients and staff.
