Job Summary
Interventional Radiology (INTRA CL) in a healthcare facility within the specified region. This role involves supporting high-volume cardiac and interventional procedures, including complex cases such as STEMIs, with experience in coronary and peripheral circulation.
Job Details
- Position Description: The IR Technologist will work in the unit cath lab and IR suites/labs, primarily performing procedures with an average of 15-20 cases per day. The team handles complex cases using laser, rotablator, nitric oxide, IVUS, Impella, IABP, FFR, and angiojet, and the facility is a STEMI receiving center.
- Required Qualifications: Certifications: ARRT, BLS Certification, Fluoroscopy; Education: minimum 2 years of experience in interventional radiology or related field; Experience with coronary and peripheral circulation; Licenses/registrations: Must submit license; Schedule: 12-hour shifts on days, with a minimum of 36 hours per week; Experience requirement: 2 years.
- Additional Information: Candidates must have experience with peripheral and coronary circulation. Familiarity with Merge Hemostasis system or Siemens/Phillips cath lab equipment is beneficial but not mandatory. The role includes responding within 30 minutes to 1 week night/weekend call rotations, with orientation lasting 1-2 days.
