• Additional Information: All work history details including bed count, EMR, and facility type must be complete; employment gaps over 90 days should be explained; reliable transportation is necessary, with personal or rental vehicle recommended; vehicles should be equipped with all-season or snow tires during November to April.
• Schedule: Evening shifts, 10 hours per shift, 40 hours per week.
• Submission Requirements: All employment history information must be complete for application submission.
• Float: Float rotation may be required.
