Job Details

• Position Description: Provides occupational therapy services within a home health environment, including evaluations and revisits, with an average of four visits per day. Coverage area includes north-eastern Sacramento into Folsom and Woodland Yolo County service area.
• Required Qualifications: California Occupational Therapy license, BLS Certification, Home Health experience (minimum 2 years), current drivers license, proof of automobile insurance.
• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Additional Information: Copy of drivers license and proof of automobile insurance are required at the time of submission to validate legal name. Charting is done through Cerner. The healthcare provider may consider a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) with home health experience if no Occupational Therapist applicants are received. Coverage may include up to four visits daily, combining evaluations and revisits. Mileage reimbursement is available at the GSA rate with prior approval. Up to four shifts may be canceled during a 13-week assignment, or three shifts if less than 13 weeks. First to float policy is in place.
