Job Summary
Ultrasonographer Echo (ULTRA ECHO) Located at the healthcare providers facility, this role involves performing adult echocardiography studies, including advanced procedures such as Transesophageal Echocardiography (TEE), Exercise Stress, and Dobutamine Stress Echo. The position supports both inpatient and outpatient settings, utilizing multiple echocardiography machines, with an emphasis on high-volume, fast-paced work to assist in accurate cardiac assessments.

Job Details

  • Position Description:
    Conduct adult echocardiograms, including Definity and Agitated Saline procedures; pediatric experience is a plus but not required. Perform TEE, Exercise Stress, and Dobutamine Stress Echo as needed. Work primarily in a fast-paced, high-volume echo department with multiple echo machines and rooms.
  • Required Qualifications:
    ARDMS or RCS certification, ND State License, 2 years of experience minimum in echocardiography.
  • Schedule:
    Nights, 10-hour shifts, 40 hours per week, with variable days, evenings, and weekends; call rotation included.
  • Additional Information:
    Experience with EPIC, CUPID, TOM TECH reporting, and PACS is required. Floating to other units or departments may be required in certain circumstances. Most procedures are bedside, with a focus on adult cases, although pediatric experience is beneficial.
  • Submission Requirements:
    Candidate must badge in and out at the facility and be flexible with scheduling, including on-call and weekend shifts.
