• Demonstrates flexibility in caseload management, managing individual and group treatment sessions, and ensuring documentation compliance.
• Participates in student programs with appropriate supervision and actively pursues professional development through continuing education and professional activities.
• Adheres to all state practice acts, regulatory requirements, and professional codes of conduct.
• Participates in quality improvement initiatives and organizational performance improvement efforts to enhance patient care quality.
