Outpatient Physical Therapist (PT) Outpatient The organization is seeking a qualified Physical Therapist for an outpatient setting. The position involves evaluating patients, developing and implementing treatment plans, and ensuring optimal functional recovery. Job Details

• Position Description: Evaluates assigned patients and develops, implements, and modifies treatment plans aligned with patient needs, goals, and physician instructions. Responsible for delegation and supervision of therapy services for assigned patients. Designs functional treatment programs to facilitate effective return to community activities. Acts as an educator for patients, families, students, and colleagues. Performs professional duties related to patient care and therapy service development. Demonstrates behaviors aligned with the organization's Mission Statement and Core Values while maintaining compliance with organizational and professional standards.
• Certifications, Education, and Experience: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school; 1+ year of outpatient clinical experience; CPR Certification.
• Schedule: Days, 8 hours shifts, minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Additional Information: Completes comprehensive patient evaluations, documents medical records in accordance with policies and regulations, and participates in student education with appropriate supervision. Maintains professional licensure and pursues ongoing professional development. Adheres to all regulatory and safety standards, emphasizing patient and employee safety.
