Job Summary
Respiratory Therapist Registered (RT PEDS) Location unspecified. This 13-week contract opportunity involves providing respiratory therapy services in a pediatric intensive care setting. The role requires collaboration with healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care to pediatric patients in a dynamic environment.
Job Details
- Position Description: CONTRACT - NICU RRT (Respiratory Therapist Registered) 13 Weeks 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Days shift. Rotating weekends with no call required.
- Certifications and Experience: BLS (Basic Life Support), NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program), PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support), ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support). Candidates must hold these certifications; a minimum of 0 years of experience in a pediatric setting is required.
- Schedule: Dayshift, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week.
- Responsibilities: Management of oxygen, ventilators, neb treatments, and patient assessments for pediatric patients.
- Additional Information: Candidates should have skills in oxygen therapy, ventilator management, and pediatric respiratory care. Prior experience in ICU, NICU, or PICU is preferred.
- Submission Requirements: Candidates must be certified and qualified per listed certifications and experience to be considered.
