Job Details
- Position Description: Contract Physical Therapist (Home Health) position with a focus on outpatient services and patient-centered care.
- Certifications, Education Requirements, Degree Requirements, Location Requirements, and Years of Experience: No minimum experience required; active licensing as a Physical Therapist is necessary.
- Schedule: Rotating shift, 12 hours per shift, with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
- Additional Information: Candidates will be responsible for assessing patients, developing treatment plans, and documenting progress in a home health setting. Submission of relevant licensure and certification documentation is required.
- Float: Float rotation may be required.
