Job Details

• Certifications, Education Requirements, Degree Requirements, Location Requirements, and Years of Experience: Degree in Physical Therapy from an Accredited School; 2 years of outpatient clinical experience preferred; CPR Certification; active/applicable license for the state where work will be performed; no minimum experience listed (0 years minimum).
• Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Position involves completing comprehensive patient evaluations, developing treatment plans, documentation in medical records, and ensuring care is provided according to signed physician orders and insurance approvals.
• Participates in student programs and supports professional development through continuing education and professional activities.
