Job Summary
Respiratory Therapist Registered (RT PEDS) Night Shift located at a healthcare facility, providing respiratory therapy services to pediatric patients. The position involves performing all types of respiratory care, including diagnostic testing, treadmill testing, pulmonary function tests, ABG analysis, hemodynamics, special procedures, and endotracheal tube placements. Candidates should demonstrate expert proficiency and be capable of mentoring others.
Job Details
- Specialty: Respiratory Therapist Registered (RT PEDS)
- Schedule: Night shift, 12-hour shifts, minimum 36 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: Certification as a Respiratory Therapist, Associates degree or higher in Respiratory Therapy, valid state license, 0 years of experience
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience with pediatric respiratory care, teaching or mentoring experience
- Additional Information: Performing complex respiratory procedures, maintaining ABG machines, and managing pediatric respiratory cases. Submission of applicable certifications and licensure is required upon application.
