Physical Therapist (SNF) The organization is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist for a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF). The role involves providing outpatient therapy services, focusing on improving patient mobility and function within the facility setting.

Job Details

Certifications, Education Requirements, Degree Requirements, Location Requirements, and Years of Experience: No minimum experience required; successful candidates must be licensed as a Physical Therapist and meet state licensure standards.
Schedule: Day shifts, 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week, with the start date on 10/12/2026 and end date on 01/10/2027.
Additional Information: A $2,000 quickstart bonus is available for shifts from Sunday through Thursday or Tuesday through Saturday.
