Job Summary
MRI Technologist, Nashville, TN This position involves providing specialized magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) services at a tertiary care facility. The role requires operation of advanced MRI equipment, ensuring patient safety, and adhering to hospital policies and procedures.
Job Details
- Certifications Required: ARRT(MR) with a minimum of 1 year MRI inpatient experience in a Trauma or Tertiary care facility.
- Education Requirements: Not specified.
- Location Requirements: Nashville, TN.

- Schedule: Day shift, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 48 hours per week.
- Additional Information: The technician will operate Siemens Aera 1.5T, Siemens Sola 1.5T, and GE Architect 3T MRI systems. The role involves performing MR Safety Exams such as MRE, Prostate, Rectal, Pediatrics, Anesthesia, Pacemakers, NICU, Liver. The hospital is recognized as an MRI Safety Leader in the Tristar Division and values experience with new equipment and technology, maintained staff tenure, and schedule flexibility. Candidates must attach unit-specific policies and guidelines, and are encouraged to be aware of department awards and recognitions.
