Job Details

• Certifications, Education Requirements, Degree Requirements, Location Requirements, and Years of Experience: Degree in Physical Therapy from an Accredited School, 6 months to 1+ Year of Outpatient Clinical Experience, CPR Certification, active applicable license for the state where work will be performed.
• Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per shift, minimum 40 hours per week.
• Completes a comprehensive evaluation of assigned patients and develops treatment plans focused on progressing patients toward discharge within an established length of stay.
• Performs medical record documentation accurately, including goal writing, functional assessments, and charge entry, following all applicable guidelines and policies.
• Provides direct patient care under signed, valid physician orders and insurance approvals as necessary.
• Participates in student programs and creates individualized professional development plans, pursuing ongoing education and professional growth.
• Ensures adherence to discipline-specific State Practice Acts and maintains professional licensure in good standing.
• Demonstrates organizational performance improvement awareness and actively contributes to quality initiatives.
• Behavior Characteristics: Demonstrates skills in clinical reasoning, organization, communication, safety awareness, and ethical practice.
