Job Details

• Certifications: Valid state-specific physical therapist license.
• Education Requirements: Degree in Physical Therapy.
• Years of Experience: 0 years required, 1 year preferred.
• Location Requirements: Candidates must be able to work in Lafayette, IN.
• Schedule: Monday and Wednesday, 7:00 AM4:00 PM, with the last patient scheduled at 3:00 PM; Tuesday and Thursday, 10:00 AM7:00 PM, with the last patient scheduled at 6:00 PM; Friday, 7:00 AM4:00 PM, with the last patient scheduled at 3:00 PM; 8 hours per day, minimum 40 hours per week.
• Additional Information: The position involves outpatient orthopedic patient care, with typical evaluations lasting 60 minutes and follow-up visits scheduled in 30-minute slots. The clinic employs NextGen for documentation and includes support staff such as front desk personnel, rehab aides, and additional clinicians. The role is a temp-to-perm opportunity with flexible scheduling options considered. Dress code is business casual, and the candidate will be supported by AI technology to assist with clinical documentation.
