Job Summary
Inpatient Physical Therapist Central Georgia. This role involves evaluating patients and developing, implementing, and adjusting individualized treatment plans in accordance with physician directives. The position requires overseeing therapy services, educating patients and families, and ensuring safe and effective care delivery within the healthcare organization.
Job Details
- Certifications: BLS Certification required prior to first shift, valid, current State license.
- Education Requirements: Must hold a valid, current State license.
- Experience Requirements: Minimum of 2 years of experience; previous LTACH experience preferred.
- Location Requirements: Work location at a healthcare provider in Central Georgia.
- Years of Experience: 0 years required.
- Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours, minimum 40 hours per week.
- Additional Information: Completes comprehensive patient evaluations, collaborates with interdisciplinary teams, manages caseload flexibly, documents accurately, participates in student and professional development, and adheres to regulatory standards and safety guidelines. Active involvement in performance improvement initiatives is expected.
