Job Summary
Physical Therapist (SNF) Massachusetts, Days shift. This position involves evaluating, rehabilitating, and developing individualized care plans for patients with physical functioning disorders and wound care needs. The role requires providing direct therapeutic interventions, assessing patient progress, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory and clinical standards.

Job Details

  • Certifications: MA State License, 1 year of PT experience required; new graduates with Level II experience are acceptable
  • Specialties: Physical Therapist (SNF)
  • Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum 40 hours per week
  • Responsibilities include screening, evaluating, and rehabilitating patients with physical functioning disorders, utilizing standardized assessments, and administering procedures such as manual techniques, ambulation, therapeutic exercises, modalities, supportive and assistive devices, and wound care.
  • Monitoring and adjusting patient treatment plans based on progress and outcomes, providing consultation to patients and families, documenting all clinical activities in the electronic record system, and participating in team meetings and training sessions.
  • Ability to supervise and support physical therapist assistants, rehabilitation aides, or students is required.
  • Adherence to the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA), state practice acts, code of conduct, and ethics during professional practice.
  • Submission requirements include valid MA State License and evidence of at least 1 year of relevant experience.
  • Start date: 10/26/2026, End date: 01/25/2027
