Job Summary
Respiratory Therapist Registered (RT PEDS) in the ICU/PICU setting. This position involves providing specialized respiratory care for neonatal and pediatric patients within an acute care environment. The role requires collaboration with healthcare teams to deliver exceptional patient care during rotating shifts.

Job Details

  • Position Description:
    The Respiratory Therapist Registered will work in NICU, PICU, and ICU units, managing respiratory needs for neonatal and pediatric patients. The position requires badge-in/out at the facility and adherence to infection control protocols.
  • Required Qualifications:
    Active American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications, Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), and Respiratory Therapist (RT or CRT) credentials. Must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in NICU and adult ICU settings, with licensure to submit as per state requirements, including ND License.
  • Schedule:
    Rotating shifts, 12 hours per shift, with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
  • Additional Information:
    The candidate must have ICU and NICU experience, with no on-call requirements. The shifts may include day/night rotations, every other weekend, and holidays. The charting system used is EPIC.
