Job Details

• Certification: BLS Certification; required state license as a Physical Therapist in the practice state(s).
• Education and Experience: Appropriate educational background in accordance with state licensure; minimum of 0 years of experience.
• Schedule: 8-hour days with the potential to work holidays; no on-call responsibilities; weekends not required.
• Responsibilities include documenting evaluation and progress, educating patients and family members on treatment plans, demonstrating documentation per departmental guidelines, and analyzing therapeutic progress.
• Must obtain and maintain required departmental competencies and certifications, including BLS if not already held or within 60 days of employment.
