Job Details

• Required Qualifications: Must hold a valid, current State license and BLS certification. Minimum of 2 years of experience.
• Schedule: Day shift, 8 hours per day, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Responsibilities include assessing patients, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, participating in discharge planning, supervising staff and students, documenting all activities accurately, and ensuring safety protocols.
• Additional information: The role requires participating in team conferences, maintaining flexibility in scheduling, and performing all other duties as assigned.
