Speech Language Pathologist (SNF) The organization is seeking a qualified Speech Language Pathologist for a contract position in skilled nursing facilities. This role involves providing speech therapy services with flexibility to float between two facilities, supporting patient care needs and ensuring adherence to clinical standards.
Job Details
- Certifications: Appropriate state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)
- Education Requirements: Graduate with a degree in speech-language pathology from an accredited program
- Location Requirements: Ability to work across designated SNF locations
- Years of Experience: 0 years minimum
- Schedule: Days shift, 8-hour shifts, minimum of 40 hours per week
- Float: Float rotation may be required
- Responsibilities: Provides speech therapy assessments and treatments, collaborates with healthcare team, documents patient progress, and ensures compliance with facility policies.
- Submission Requirements: Appropriate licensing and certifications must be current and verifiable prior to start date.
