Job Summary
Ultrasonographer Echo (Ultra ECHO) in a healthcare facility. This position involves performing cardiac ultrasound examinations to assist in the diagnosis and treatment of patients. The role requires working within a team to ensure high-quality care delivery in a fast-paced medical environment.
Job Details
- Certifications and Education: Board registered by the American Registry of Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographers (ARDMS) or Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI) in cardiac sonography; current certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) by the American Heart Association or equivalent; all licenses and certifications must be valid throughout the contract duration.
- Experience Required: One (1) or more years of full-time staff experience as a Cardiac Sonographer in a medical center with over 500 beds or a Level 1 Trauma Center; experience administering Definity highly preferred.
- Position Role: Perform and analyze cardiac ultrasound examinations to support diagnostic processes.
- Schedule: Dayshift, 8-hour shifts, minimum of 40 hours per week.
- Start Date: 10/26/2026.
- End Date: 02/15/2027.
- Additional Information: Compliance must be completed 10 or more days prior to the contract start date; failure to do so may delay or cancel the assignment. A current NURSYS report must be submitted with the application. If a registered nurse is not required on the unit, the professional may be assigned to roles such as a nursing assistant or safety sitter.
