Job Summary
Outpatient XRAY Technologist position in California. This role involves performing imaging procedures with minimal supervision, operating X-ray equipment, and providing basic patient care. The technologist may also assist with specimen collection, patient preparation, and maintaining a well-stocked examination area, with potential to float to additional radiology departments as needed.

Job Details

• Position: XRAY TECH X-ray Technologist in an outpatient setting.
• Certifications, Education, Degree, Location, and Experience Requirements: Current full Certificate of Radiologic Technology issued by the Department of Health Services, State of California; Current CPR Certification; California issued Fluoroscopy Permit; Current ARRT licensure; EPIC EMR experience.
• Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum 40 hours per week.
• Additional Responsibilities: Positioning of the patient for imaging, operating X-ray equipment, processing images into PACS, obtaining vital signs, preparing patients, assisting clinicians, ensuring exam area is well-stocked and organized, and may float to main radiology as needed.
• Submission Requirements: Enloe Medical Center only accepts agency staff who are W-2 employees of their adjacent agency.
• Experience: No minimum years of experience required.
