Job Summary
MRI Technologist MRI Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. This outpatient MRI technologist position involves performing routine MRI, magnetic resonance angiography (MRA), and advanced body imaging procedures, including neuro and musculoskeletal scans, using a Signa Explorer 1.5T MRI system. The role requires ensuring high-quality imaging and patient safety in a fast-paced outpatient environment attached to the emergency room.

Job Details

Position Description: MRI Technologist responsible for routine and advanced MRI, MRA exams, body imaging, neuro, and musculoskeletal imaging, including contrast injections, on a Signa Explorer 1.5T MRI system.
Certifications: ARRT MRI registry certification and CPR certification required.
Education and Experience: Minimum of 3 years of relevant MRI experience, including routine MRI, MRA, contrast injections, and IV training; at least 1 year of procedural experience preferred.
Location Requirements: Candidates must be authorized to work in South Carolina.
Shift and Schedule: Dayshift, 8-hour shifts, minimum of 40 hours per week.
Preferred Qualifications: Advanced skills in neuro, MSK, and body imaging; familiarity with Meditech, GE PACS, and Intelerad documentation systems.
Additional Information: This position involves working with a dedicated outpatient unit with no inpatient beds. The unit is equipped with advanced technology and staffed with experienced professionals. No float rotation required.
