Radiation Therapist (RTT) Yakima, WA
This outpatient healthcare organization is seeking an experienced Radiation Therapist to join its team for a temporary assignment. The role involves delivering radiation therapy treatments to adult patients, utilizing advanced technology and equipment to ensure precise and effective care within a supportive outpatient setting.
Job Details
- Required Qualifications: ARRT certification, BLS certification, active or proof of application for Washington State license (submitted at least 6 weeks prior), minimum of 2 years of radiation therapy experience, experience with CT simulation, patient positioning, tattoos, chart reading, SBRT, SRS, DIBH, IMRT, IGRT, interpreting treatment plans, and proficiency with Varian Linear Accelerator True Beam and Aria EMR.
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, minimum of 40 hours per week.
- Additional Information: The position requires delivering radiation therapy treatments for adult patients, utilizing advanced equipment with proficiency in treatment planning and patient positioning. The facility has two treatment rooms and is located approximately a 10-minute drive from Yakima Memorial Hospital.
- Submission Requirements: Candidates must submit all required documentation, including licensure proof and certifications, to be considered.
- Float: Float rotation may be required.
