Physical Therapist Inpatient (PT IP) Charleston, South Carolina. This position involves providing specialized inpatient rehabilitation services for an 18-bed unit within a general hospital setting. The role requires delivering high-quality therapy to geriatric patients with a variety of diagnoses in a supportive, team-oriented environment.

Job Details

Location: 9300 Medical Plaza Drive, Charleston, SC 29406
Shift: Days, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week
Required Qualifications: Licensed in South Carolina, strong professional therapy background with rehabilitation experience, familiarity with acute rehab procedures, and a minimum of 1 year of related experience.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience with geriatric acute rehab and utilization of advanced equipment and technology.
Responsibilities: Providing inpatient rehabilitation therapy, working closely with the multidisciplinary team, maintaining documentation in Meditech, and adhering to unit-specific policies and guidelines.
Certifications: Licensure in South Carolina.
Schedule: Day shifts, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours weekly.
