Job Summary
Ultrasonographer Echo in the ULTRA ECHO specialty is needed in a healthcare setting. The role involves performing cardiovascular (echo/vascular) sonography, with orientation starting on 11/2 and 11/16. The position requires prior travel experience, and the candidate will be rotated/float between multiple healthcare locations within the organization.

Job Details

  • Position Description: Cardiovascular (Echo/Vascular) Sonographer. Orientation occurs every other Monday. The candidate will rotate between Bedford Memorial Hospital, Stroobants Cardiology Center-Lynchburg, and Lynchburg General Hospital. If vascular skills are not available, vascular-only will be accepted.
  • Required Qualifications: Echo skills; experience with GE equipment; 2 years of relevant experience; BLS certification; ARDMS and/or Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI) certification; prior travel experience required.
  • Schedule: 8-hour days; Monday through Friday, 8:00 am 4:30 pm; rotating weekends, holidays, and call at Lynchburg General Hospital as needed; weekend rotation roughly every 5th weekend; call as needed.
  • Additional Information: Candidates must be pre-closed on this position; all RTO requests must be included in the submission packet; COVID/Flu declinations accepted; assignments end on January 30, 2027; client can cancel up to 24 hours before the start of each assignment.
